Anne Phey

Anne Phey is a ICF Professional Certified Coach and a Positive Intelligence Coach from Cohort 4. She is also the Founder of Leadership Coaching School with an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program for ACC and PCC certification.  As Coach Engagement Director for PQ in the Asia Pacific and Middle East region. Anne empowers coaches through B2B coaching opportunities, business development and building the coach community.

Known as the “Boss from Hell to Heaven”, Anne saw how she has transformed many leaders including herself through coaching. Her unique talent is turning around businesses, leaders and teams. She is passionate about empowering leaders to become the best versions of themselves and creating high performance and engaged teams.

Anne has 30 years of Asia Pacific executive leadership experience in Fortune500 companies including IBM and MTV, and managing brands like Singapore Airlines and Heineken in her advertising agency days. Her last few roles included Chief Learning Officer at IBM Systems on Cloud Asia Pacific, Industry Solutions Director Asia Pacific, Marketing Director of General Business ASEAN. Anne holds an MBA from the University of Hull UK and MA from National University of Singapore, and Post-graduate from Harvard Business School.
