Haana has over 15 years’ experience in spearheading internal change processes across operations, strategic people management, branding, marketing, Learning and Development and Training Management, across the diverse sectors. She is well verse in different coaching philosophies, working with coaches across various regions: Africa, Europe & the Middle East (EMEA), and the Asia Pacific (APAC) for more than 7 years. She has a B.Sc degree in Management and Marketing from the university of Mauritius and an Executive Masters in Strategy, Leadership and Innovation from Murdoch University.
Haana leads the Customer Success and works closely with Dipika to identify clients’ needs and requirements to deliver the best PQ experience to clients and coaches. Haana is based in Singapore.
